The Company
Operating since 1995, our client is one of the most reputable new build apartment builders in NSW. They are an award-winning company with an exceptional reputation on delivery of High / Medium Rise Residential Projects
Purely down to the level of work secured they are in need of a Site Manager to work on recently secured projects in Mascot. The development consists of 70 luxury apartments.
The Role
This opportunity will see you managing the Construction activities on site; you will work with an experienced site team to deliver the Mascot project.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, your duties will include coordinating all sub-contractors, suppliers and material deliveries, liaising with key stakeholders, ensuring project completion within timescale and budget and ensuring all sub-contractors and employees adhere to all OH&S requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
• Trade qualification as a Carpenter or Construction Management Degree
• Previous experience as a Site Manager delivering Residential projects over 100 Units
• Good man-management skills with the ability to motivate & drive direct & sub-contract labour
• Highly skilled in OH&S
• A commitment to quality and an eye for detail
