Contracts Administration | Civil Infrastructure | Utilities
We are working with a civil contractor who just can't stop growing, and the reason why? They continue to provide an amazing service to the improvement of the infrastructure across Australia. As a result, they are now looking for a Contracts Administrator to work across the group, working on a variety of different contracts.
About the company:
This contractor specialises in providing expertise within the civil infrastructure sector. With their team of expert Project Managers, Engineers, Site Engineers, Project Support staff, they have become an award-winning company. Regarding projects, they are a go-to company for concrete works, service infrastructure, rail, and road construction.
The Role
You will be working as a Contract Administrator on a high profile projects in NSW and be instrumental in supporting the Project Managers and business in driving successful projects.
Reporting to the Project Manager your responsibilities will include but limited to:
- Contract Management including Variations and Claims
- Cost Control and Reporting
- Monitor financial aspects of the projects across the business
- Supplier Selection and Pricing
- Document Control
- Stakeholder Management
Requirements for the position:
- Proven Contract Management Experience
- Strong Communication and Organisational Skills
- A Degree in Construction Management or similar
- 5 years experience in a similar appointment
- Experience in commercial or Infrastructure Projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in working for a contractor on complex TFNSW and Ausgrid projects
