$60-85K + Company Car/expenses + Super

Riverwall Constructions is a respected, family run building insurance business with over 30 years’ experience in the industry. They work with Australia’s leading insurers and loss adjusters. They are seeking to employ a Site Supervisor to manage projects across the Northern Beaches. Riverwall have a reputation of mentoring and developing staff into management roles, so please apply if you have ambitions of climbing the ladder of success.
 
There is a steady flow of projects ranging from Insurance repairs, Hospitality, Commercial, Residential, Retail, Aged Care, Education, Government, Mix Use, and you will be responsible for leading project delivery. The role requires the ability to work autonomously and to quickly establish professional credibility and productive working relationships. You will be responsible for managing building projects and liaising between clients and trades ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. 
 
To be successful in this role, you must have the following;

• Completed a tertiary qualification in a building related course
• Proven experience delivering a variety of building projects
• A solid understanding of industry costs and time frames required to repair buildings
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, trades and your team
• A positive, happy and helpful disposition
• Experience with the insurance industry would be highly regarded
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
