The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Contract Administration 
professional, that is prepared to work on projects ranging from $5 to $30
million. The work is located 5 minutes from the CBD, and the ideal candidate 
will already have 2-3 years experience working on projects above $5 million. 
Working the role your duties will consist of overseeing the delivery of the 
project financials, scope of works, letting trades and working with the project
manger on the programming.

For the successful candidate there is solid career progression. Working 
for a company that has demonstrated success. Your knowledge will 
be enhanced while working on challenging projects.

Skills and Experience:

The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate; 

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management (or similar)
• Average 2-3 years relevant experience in the commercial, institutional or apartment projects of similar value.
