About the company: They are a highly reputable Civil company that have established themselves across multiple markets. They do solid repeat business that is supporting by their sterling company reputation and decades of successful operation. They enjoy a solid stream of interesting projects.
    
About the Role: The Company is looking to take on a Foreman (or leading hand who is ready for a Foreman role) that have a sound knowledge of relevant civil practices, standards and OHS with a solid career history working in Australia's construction market.  
    
Duties:

• Drive the successful & quality completion of projects
• Keep a safe working site
• Coordinate trades to deliver on time
• Mitigate defects and address site issues as they rise
• Program works and keep on top of the critical path

Skills and Experience:  

• Trade background or Tertiary Qualifications
• 5+ Years Civil Experience
• 3+ Years Experience working with levels
• Solid Australian construction experience
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Developed technical construction knowledge
