Snr Contract Administrator

This company is a high profile property group operating across the commercial-industrial market. With new large scale work set to commence in Melbourne they are looking to add an experienced Contract Administrator to their team. 

In this role you will work as part of a high calibre team on a new multi story development in the CBD area and cover the full range of Commercial duties involving both head and sub-contract matters. This will include progress claims, letting contracts, cost reporting and variations. The company has well established systems and a loyal group of carefully selected subcontractors. This is viewed as a long term appointment.

To suit this role it is expected you will have experience working as a Contract Administrator with commercial-industrial builders in Melbourne. Projects will range in size from $100m upwards. You will need good communication skills, a strong sense of commercial acumen and a good construction knowledge to fit within the existing team.
