About the role:

Reporting to the Manager, we require part time / casual staff to fill morning and afternoon shifts.  Our facility is staffed around 16 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Duties include: Meeting and greeting customers, shuttle bus transfers (normal car licence) to and from the airport, taking bookings, car park maintenance and monitoring, car washing and cleaning, answering phone calls, assisting customers, etc.  On the job training provided.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

Essential

Previous car park, or similar customer service experience

Great face to face customer service skills

Be reliable, enthusiastic and have good communications skills.  A bubbly personality will fit in perfectly.

Be able to multitask, work independently and as a team, and have a 'can do' attitude

Attention to detail

Be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Be accurate in recording of incidents and events

Have good computer skills (car park software training provided)

Have a full unrestricted drivers licence and a good driving record

Have or be able to pass a national Police security check

Desirable

First aid certificate

Previous car detailing experience

Public Passenger Vehicle (PPV) endorsement on drivers licence
