About the Role

Reporting to the Department Head, this role will see you use your strong coaching and strategic ability to lead the consumer support team to success. Manage and develop the AUS/NZ Consumer Response System and the subsequent training of all operators. 

Duties 
  • Manage the Consumer Interaction Team ensuring consistently high service 
  • Ensure all staff are trained and all complaints/inquiries are processed
  • Contribute to the long-range plan for acute awareness in product development 
  • Develop strong working relationships with all functions of the business
  • Provide effective reporting to all areas of the business

Skills and Experience
  • Experience managing/building a consumer interaction team
  • 5 years’ experience in consumer contact management or similar
  • Excellent communication and consumer interaction skills
  • Team leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate
  • Experience in SalesForce and/or similar CRM platforms
  • Experience in managing Social Media & Digital Communities 
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications (or similar)
