This well regarded financial services business requires an experienced Legal Consultant. Within this exciting and diverse role you be assisting the business with management and oversight of their OTT (Office of the Trustee ) obligations.
Sitting within this leading Wealth & Insurance brand’s project team this role will play a key role of the management and oversight of compliance and regulatory requirements.
As the Legal Manager for the OTT your day to day duties will include the following:
- Documentation and dissemination of relevant policy and, where necessary, procedures to promote client contractual, legislative and regulatory compliance across the OTT function.
- Assess the impact of legislative changes to the business banking sector, and ensure the business units are fully informed.
- Ensure the business is aware of their regulatory obligations are met from a OTT perspective.
As the Legal Manager for the OTT function you have the following experience.
As the successful candidate with relevant Legal experience in the Office of the Trustee and ideally have worked within an OTT function . In conjunction with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements with Wealth products. You will also need excellent written and verbal communication skills
