Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an additional adviser to the office in Perth CBD. The company has a very strong in-house referral system set up and all leads are provided to the adviser.

Role Overview

Providing holistic advice to a varied range of clients. The focus is on providing exceptional in terms of advice and service.

• Provide tailored financial advice to a range of clients by developing strategies that meet each client’s needs.
• Provide annual reviews for existing clients
• Meet and exceed KPI’s relating to revenue and retention.
• Ensure advisory standards, process and controls are adhered to
• Straight to the point
• No waffle
• Easy to read facts

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an adviser
• Degree qualified and relevant advice qualifications
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
• Energy and exceptional relationship building skills
