Our client, a leading global bank, is seeking an in house legal counsel, minimum 7 years PQE to join their financial markets team.
In this role you will be involved in drafting and providing legal advice in relation to derivatives transactions and documentation, physical commodities and carbon, structured financing transactions and products trading on financial markets. The expectation is that you will also be acutely aware of the legal and regulatory environment affecting derivatives and financial markets.

The ideal candidate will have trained at a top tier law firm and before moving into an investment bank to undertake a similar role in a markets team.
