Fraud Officer / Risk and compliance officer
Unique opportunity for a Fraud Officer role for a 6 month contract at Kogarah with one of the big four banks. Continue your experience working in banking area and join this large team in fraud prevention.
A 6 month contract with one of the big four banks as the Fraud Officer / Risk and compliance officer who has experience in risk, compliance and prior experience in working in the banking area. This team is looking to expand and grow with an individual who has the experience, skills and knowledge to do so within the company.
Your new role:
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Delivering operational accuracy and efficiency
- Playing a key role in minimising fraudulent non lending loss
- First point of call for customers experiencing fraudulent activity
Your skills and experience:
- Experience in banking is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in customer service is necessary
- Digital Fraud experience is desirable
- Strong level of operational efficiency and accuracy
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
