The Company 
Our client are a insurance organisation with offices in Australia & overseas. Due to increased workload they currently have a permanent opoortunity available for an experienced Recoveries Officer. 

The Role
This role will ensure that the services are undertaken in accordance with all relevant legislative and company policies and procedures and in a way that promotes a high level of customer care.
We are looking to speak to candidates which the following experience.. 

• A minimum of 3 years experience working within Credit Control in the insurance industry dealing with collections
• A high energy individual with the ability to breed a strong culture in a growing business
• A demonstrated record of success in working within Recoveries/insurance environment 
• A proven track record of positive market engagement
• Outstanding communication skills
• Outstanding negotiating and influencing skills
• A positive attitude and natural drive to service clients
