Accelerate Financial Solutions Pty Ltd – Australian Credit Licence 389963 was established in 2006 and has provided solutions to thousands of satisfied customers across the country. With authorised credit representatives currently in South Australia and Queensland we are looking to expand into the Northern Rivers area of NSW – specifically Lismore and Ballina.

We are specialists in motor vehicle and equipment finance and have a unique opportunity for the right person to grow with us. The Accelerate group also provide locum business manager services for motor dealers.

Training & Support

We assist with compliance, sales leads, and lead generation with an established referral network with unique product and service offerings.

We also offer compelling marketing collateral, business planning and support, generous commission structure, multiple income streams and ongoing professional training and upskilling.

Remuneration

We understand one of the hardest decisions to face to become a broker can sometimes involve giving up the “safety net” of a salary. We will provide a unique opportunity for the right person where part of the role will provide a guarantee of income.

Key Requirements

·        You will be either an experienced Bank Lender or Finance Broker with the appropriate academic qualification, Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking

·        Experience either as a business manager in automotive industry or banking/credit union financial services sales environment

·        Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

·        Genuine passion for customer service and satisfaction

·        Ability to work in a goal orientated environment
