The Organisation:
A global manufacturing organisation with a strong brand is currently recruiting an Analyst on an eight week contract basis who is passionate about adding value to the daily operations of the business.  This large and highly complex organisation has a strong international presence and well-known brand. 
 
The Position:
Reporting directly into the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing cost centre budgets. You will need to apply your strong Excel skills to analyse key results so you can compare actual to budget. You will also be responsible for downloading information from the ERP system into Excel and reconciling suspense accounts to bank accounts.  To truly add value in this role, you will need to be a strong communicator and good at building relationships and supporting people who are not accounting trained.

Your Profile:
To be considered for this position, you should have a strong commercial mindset that will allow you to support the day to day operations of this business. It is critical that you have worked in complex environments and have extremely strong analysis skills. You should have a natural aptitude to take lots of complex information and break it down into information that is usable and relevant to support senior management in making business critical decisions. You will need to demonstrate experience partnering with stakeholders across a business.  You will need extremely strong Excel skills and ideally you will be CPA or CA qualified.
