The opportunity and role
Working within a high performing Accounts team and reporting to an Accounts supervisor you will be taking responsibility for matter related transactions.
Your daily duties will vary and you can expect to take responsibility for the following:
- Assisting fee earners and internal stakeholders with accounts related queries
- Scanning and filing invoices
- Processing payments and paying bills from Trust Accounts
- Account reconciliations
- Daily banking
To be successful
You will be experienced in high volume accounts or transaction processing.
You will have a proven understanding of trusts, processing trust payments AP and matter accounts.
Experience in using Aderant software of a similar legal accounts system will be highly regarded.
