The Company:
Partnering with some of the worlds most popular brand names, this fantastic organisation are assisting shoppers globally to save money. They are currently seeking an experienced Credit Collections Officer to join their team for up to 3 months.
The Role:
- Allocating payments
- Collection calls - up to 50 per day
- Preparing notification for overdue accounts
- Sending statements & outstanding invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Generating reports
- Answering queries via email
- Supporting member services as required
- Ad hoc duties as required
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in similar high-volume Credit collections role
- Excellent communication both verbally & written is crucial
- Intermediate Excel skills & experience using Sales Force required
- Proactive attitude
- Ability to meet daily targets & KPI’s
