Your new company
Our client is a large organisation that mainly works in agriculture industry, they are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer with strong administration skills in high volume Payroll.


Your new role
You will be responsible for timecards, payroll processing, data entry, reflect EBA, scan information, complete separation certificates, timesheet reports, process manual adjustments, payroll deductions, processing of payroll tax, superannuation, PAYG payments, attend to employee queries; maintain reports and leave records.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you would have had previous experience as a Payroll Officer; with experience in MS Office suite, Affinity, Oracle software would be highly regarded but not essential. You will have a proven background with good organisation and communication skills and the ability to work independently but also interact within the team when needed. This role is high volume with payroll processing of a workforce of 350 + employees. High attention to detail is crucial to your success in this role, with the ability to work under pressure and be able to resolve conflicts that may arise.

What you'll get in return
The with be a contract engagement for approximately three months with the view to permanent after this period. Monday to Friday working 38 hours. If you are looking for a career challenge than this may be the role for you.
