The Appointment

Working with a close-knit team all striving to achieve the same goal, you will definitely enjoy going to work each day if you like a busy and varied environment. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be an integral member of the team with duties including but not limited to:
  • Processing accounts payable and receivable
  • Accounts, statement & credit card reconciliation
  • Assisting with reception duties including answering phones and greeting visitors to the office
  • Preparation of reports and maintaining registers within Excel
  • Liaising with clients and customers and handling general and accounts-based queries
  • Processing expense claims
  • Coordinating office social events
  • Assisting with general office administration duties as required
The Appointee
This high performing business is looking for a skilled and reliable Office & Accounts Coordinator, ideally with working  experience within a service-based organisation. You will thrive on variety within a fast-paced environment and be an adaptable and motivated professional who enjoys taking on any task thrown their way.
You will be technologically savvy with the ability to pick up new systems with ease and your prior experience utilising different accounting systems will put you ahead of the pack.
