MYOB Bookkeeper Jobs Melbourne CBD

Your new company
You will be working for one of Melbourne's most unique Architecture firms who are in need of Bookkeeper to come on board on a permanent basis.

Your new role
You will be in a team of two and reporting into the director. You will be responsible but limited to:

• Daily cash flow management and reporting
• Bank reconciliations
• Liaise with Principals and senior staff in relation to invoicing process
• Manage and perform all tasks in relation to debtors - client invoicing, follow up overdue accounts and payment of consultants
• Property related invoicing and follow up for related entities
• Payroll administration - fortnightly wages for staff and contractors
• Prepare BAS and IAS reports
• General Ledger reconciliations
• Assist the Principal for General and PI Insurance related matters

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of two years experience ideally working within the architecture, engineering or construction industry. You will have a track record in a similar role with solid communication skills. As well as this, you will be a fast learner, adaptable and will have used MYOB. Please be advised candidates who do not have experience using MYOB will not be considered for this role.
