Given that our wholesale business, sales and café team report through to this role, having a good eye for growing a successful hospitality business while having a solid understanding of sales and marketing will be highly valuable. Through your direct coaching, influence and commitment to develop and support our people, you will play a valuable role in taking our already successful business to the next level.
The person for this role will:
- Have proven leadership skills, be a great people person who understands that building amazing relationships with our customers, consumers and our team is vitally important.
- Have a great appreciation for branding and how important this it to us and our ongoing success.
- Be commercially astute; demonstrating both strategic and operational capability to grow the business.
- Participate as a positive and enthusiastic senior team member, contributing to broader business growth and development.
- Love the coffee and food industry and appreciate the quality of what we do and our aspirations to continue to develop the perfect cup.
