THE OPPORTUNITY

Camp Australia is embarking on an exciting period of investment to strengthen the support for our Educators, allowing them to deliver excellence for the children in our care! To deliver this, we are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager (preferably with Childcare experience) to join our team in New South Wales. This is your opportunity to join a dynamic, forward thinking team focused on delivering our goal of becoming the recognised world leader in education and care outcomes for children.

 

Leading a team of Regional Managers and specialists, the General Manager is responsible for ensuring that every one of our OSHC services exceed the expectations of our customers and partners. You will be an inspirational leader for your team, providing guidance and support utilising your extensive childcare experience.

 

ABOUT YOU

You could be an up and coming senior manager or a known leader in the childcare industry, but your commitment to excellence and knowledge of industry rules and regulations sets you apart from the rest. You may have lead a large team or a high performing small team, but you understand how to motivate people, mobilise resources and get things done.

 

You possess a business acumen that allows you to maximise growth and profitable opportunities aligned to company goals. Most importantly, you put children first as you know they are the reason we exist as a business!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed relevant qualification: Diploma or above
  • Proven experience leading childcare teams (preferred)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of industry rules and regulations
  • Possession of relevant WWCC and First Aid (preferred)
