SALARY PACKAGE:
$100k - $120k base + super + 18k car + bonus
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- As service manager you will manage a team of field service technicians.
- You will be a natural leader and entrepreneur in achieving profitable growth for the EI business
- You will exceed customer expectations.
- Reporting to the general manager
- You will be diligent and pay close attention to detail
- Extremely motivated and hard working
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Knowledge of the market/lift technology
- Understanding of business/financial processes
- Knowledge of contracts and contract negotiating
- Solid networking skills
- Ability to develop sales
- Computer skills/data analysis & good organisational skills
- Class C Driver's License
- People management -safety/team building/leadership/motivation and evaluation of staff
