The two founders have taken the business from $2m to $15m over the last four years and now need your expertise to install an extra tier of management, control the finances, build the team and automate the processes as the business goes to $50m over the next few years.
The industry is complex, technical, contractual and competitive. Until recently the business had a strong cash flow position and debt-free. Recently the business has had to handle financial emergencies due to a client going into administration. They are putting steps in place to mitigate the risk of this and it will be your role to ensure it does not happen in future.
The business leads in innovation with internal team members dedicated to creating innovative solutions through design.
Your mission will be tough as the founders are demanding, hard working and love what they have built and they will expect you to do whatever it takes to reach the new targets, as they step back from the day to day.
Base salary will not be so high, however, there will be great rewards for successful attainment of the mission.
You will need to have a verifiable past of creating viability, growth and efficiency.
