The role
Based in our Mildura office, you will report to the National Training Manager and be responsible for the development of training business and ensuring ongoing compliance to ASQA requirements and relevant funding bodies across Victoria. Additionally you will manage the day to day operations and provide effective leadership to a team of trainers and support staff, ensuring excellence in training delivery; maintenance of quality standards; and achievement of performance to budget and key performance indicators.
About you
Your superior knowledge of the VET system, coupled with your qualifications in Training and Assessment, will enable you to guide and support staff in delivery standards. You will thrive on promoting our business and building long term relationships with industry and local businesses to understand their needs and develop relevant training solutions. Driving performance of your team through your motivational leadership along with your uncompromising focus of service excellence will support achievement of financial targets. Knowledge of a student management system (eg: VETtrak) is advantageous.
