Our client has exclusively engaged us to appoint a Regional Chief Commercial Officer, with solid understanding of the diverse complexity of global strategies and infrastructure required, to lead the development and execution of their next generation products.
Leading strategic implementations resulting in commercial growth throughout the appointed regions. Reporting to the Global CEO, you will drive the commercial infrastructure, across all commercial verticals, to ensure a cohesive move forward for their next generation rollout of products. Working closely with regional channel heads, to ensure regional product penetration, whilst developing a workable pricing structure, across all sectors.
Some of your key responsibilities: Identifying and developing commercial relationships. Developing and driving customer growth strategies, translating into customer retention, and streamline all functional operations. Align value proposition strategies with measurable operating matrix to increase revenue margins.
Some of your key requirements: You will bring to the table a proven background in the delivery of customer focused strategic plans. Experience in sharing global information to maximise new strategic workable pricing structures. A proven background in driving business transformation, coupled with strong financial acumen and commercial analysis.
A minimum of 12 years commercial management experience. Tertiary qualification in Business, or equivalent. This is and Expat relocation role, also requiring a fair amount of regional travel.
You will have a solid understating of the following industries: FMCG, Telco, IT or manufacturing. Your previous seniority within a global organisation, combined with emerging market experience will be paramount, for the consideration of this role.
