Due to this expansion, an exciting opportunity has opened for a Sales and Product Training Manager to assist our agents in their continued success.
Overview:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will work closely with the compliance department with a focus on agent and national sales team development. The role will incorporate:
- Ongoing compliance and sales training with our National Sales team and agent network
- Compliance audits/informational sessions with our agent network
- Update training content continuously to suit industry requirements
- Design effective training materials and development tools that support continuous learning
- Track training effectiveness and ensure strong KPI results
- Facilitate high quality and high impacting training sessions and learning experiences
- Provide one to one and group follow up coaching to ensure learning competency
Ideally you will possess:
- Tertiary qualification, Certificate IV /Diploma, not a necessity however an advantage.
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft office applications
- Sound problem solving, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to facilitate and train in group environments
- A full driver licence
