There is an exciting opportunity to join our highly successful Pharmacy team as a National Account Manager.

You will be accountable for driving National sales growth through the development of commercial offers and sales execution to specific Key Account Pharmacy Groups. A fundamental part of this role is to maximize the profit of the PEH portfolio through the effective execution of commercial offers and drive sales through the implementation of marketing strategies and the execution of tactical programs to achieve or exceed business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through the development of business plans, implementation and execution of tactical programs to achieve or exceed business goals
  • Adhere to both internal and external compliance measures, policy and procedures
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and appropriately manage budget and operating expenditure
  • To provide input to management and the wider cross functional team on sales strategy and tactical execution.
  • To contribute to a high performance team through an OWNIT culture

Key Contribution Areas:

  • Sales metrics including sales versus target, in-market sales measures
  • Field and sales and account management
  • Customer engagement – manage customer relationships
  • Development and implementation of business plans
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance

Education, Skills and Experience:

  • University Degree - Bachelor of Science or Business Preferred
  • Demonstrated success in Key Account Management in the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent ability to analyze, synthesize and articulate financial and technical information in a concise manner
  • Business planning skills associated with developing sales related activities
  • Financial management skills associated with the management of sales targets
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to establish a network of key stakeholders
  • Strong project management, organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and execute on plans
  • Strong problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
