New/Used Sales Consultant
Torque Honda has an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our high performing sales team at our North Lakes dealership and be part of the large growth that the Honda brand is currently experiencing.
As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an extraordinary customer experience in a sales role that is performance driven and rewarded.
About the Role:
- High volume dealership with plenty of enquiry and low downtime
- Ability to cross sell between new and used sales departments
- Above industry standard commission structure and retainer
- 5 day working week, including Saturday's
- Company car or car allowance available after probationary period
About You:
You will have a strong work ethic with the desire to work and drive yourself the extra mile and the ability to consistently deliver an outstanding level of customer service. Sales experience, negotiating skills and ability to follow sales processes is essential with a demonstrated history in working to meet and exceed sales targets. Professional personal presentation, team work and interpersonal skills are also an important requirement. You must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be competent in general computer skills for email usage, and maintaining our customer database systems. A full manual drivers licence is also a requirement.
