About the role
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Sales Representative will be responsible for the promotion and sales of Proximo products and services. This territory covers a geographic area incorporating Greater Western Sydney including Regional Western NSW and it's surrounding suburbs.
What you would be doing
The main things that you would be doing include:
- Pursue sales leads by visiting existing and new customers, assessing range or list of customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
- QSVPPP Focused – Lead sales driver execution at store level – Quality / Space / Visibility / Price / Promotion / Persuasion (retail/bar staff influence).
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Analyse existing/potential customer needs
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Establish annual, quarterly, monthly and/ or weekly sales plans and prioritise and schedule own activities so these targets can be met.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Track sales and provide status reports
- Ensure the swift resolution of customer problems and complaints
- Keep abreast of best practices in market and communicate trends back to the business

- Considerable experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to build positive professional relationships with clients
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Proven willingness to learn and improve
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relevant degree or equivalent
