As the business is growing they are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager that will expand the horizons and continually innovate and define change.

Description

• Devise a strategic sales approach to expand and advance sales opportunities
• Prospect for potential new clients and convert into increased business
• Cold-call as appropriate and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities
• Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging networks
• Research and build relationships with new companies
• Plan strategic approaches and pitch persuasively
• Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
• Overall responsibility for driving revenue in the Region and achieving budget

Profile

• A broad knowledge of digital marketing products and processes, most importantly the Google technology stack
• Ability to triage customer issues and coordinate with other departments towards resolution.
• Takes an active interest in opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships
• Clear ability to articulate targets vs performance, consistent over achiever of budgets.
• Proven background as a pure play BDM/hunter - comfortable with bringing in accounts & handing off to account management.
• Hungry for new business & passionate
• Genuine care factor for client success
