The Role
We are currently looking for a passionate sales and customer service professional to join our Interiors Team as a Sales Cadet. The roles is to identify and develop business opportunities with potential and existing customers, by providing product and services ensuring company profitability through achievement of budgeted sales.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Overseeing the showroom
- Achieving Sales targets
- Customer Service enquiries
- Business Development – new and existing customers
- Client Relationship and account Management
- Competitor Activity
- Product Knowledge
- Reporting
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Achievements in a sales and/or customer service role
- Knowledge and experience within the textile and/or interiors industry
- Results orientated with a focus on achieving and exceeding both sales and margin expectations
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
- Customer service excellence with demonstrated ability in building effective client relationships
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
- Current Driver’s Licence and car
