The Company
A unique opportunity to join one of the leading providers of commercial and residential security control systems. With over 8 million customers worldwide, they are now seeking an Internal Sales & Retentions Specialist to manage & grow NSW CCTV, access control and alarm system sales.
Duties will include
- Inbound & outbound calls to manage NSW sales enquiries & retention of existing customers
- Identifying & recommending system upgrades
- Handling objections & converting into a sale opportunity
- Liaising with other sectors of the business to ensure total customer satisfaction
What we are looking for
- Previous sales and retentions experience
- Experience in a contact centre environment
- Positive and “can do” attitude
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated and sales driven
- Exceptional customer service skills
