This ASX listed Aged Care provider with a highly regarded reputation for its integrity and respect is currently seeking a self-motivated individual to undertake a 2 month temporary role in the capacity of Program Co-ordinator/Administrator at their National Office.
Responsibilities include:
- Create and update staff records using Microsoft Access
- Maintain and update clinical manager development plans and receipts
- Saving files in correct format to server
- Searching Access for records
- Updating records
- Attaching files to records
- Creating new templates
- Maintain Toolkit folders Including printing, collating, laminating documents
- Booking training sessions
- Export an individual survey result from Survey Monkey
Demonstrated Competencies
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar work environment
- Proficiency with the range of Microsoft Office Suite of products including database experience
- Outstanding written and oral communication
- Detail orientated
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi task and meet deadlines
- Concern for impact and standards
- Current, satisfactory police check
