HR Advisor job - permanent role in the south-east suburbs of Melbourne for a food manufacturing company
Your new company
Our client is a food manufacturing organisation of approximately 80 people located in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. They require an HR Advisor to support Senior Management for all HR related activities. This is a permanent position with the opportunity to fast-track your growth and career progression in HR.
Your new role
The role is generalist HR and will provide support to the business through blue collar recruitment, ER, policy and procedure implementation, WorkCover, employee life-cycle activities and general administration.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 3 years’ experience in HR and Recruitment. This is a hands on role that requires a hardworking and motivated professional, who can engage with all levels of the business. You will be proven self-starter and have demonstrated expertise in building strong relationships with all levels of staff. You will be able to show initiative and have an ability to find solutions!
