Prestige Automotive dealer located at Kariong, we are looking for an active, reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as HR Manager.
We are currently seeking an experienced HR person to join our team as part-time HR Manager where you will provide high-valued HR Advisory support in the areas of performance management, advice on employment legislation and employee engagement strategies.
Essential Skills
- Minimum if 2-5 years experience in Human Resource
- An eye for detail and hands on approach
- Good Mediation skills
- High level communication skills with a professional approach.
- Communicate openly and honestly and resolves conflict positively
- Computer literate with the ability to adapt to new technologies
- Work in a small team environment harmoniously
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating probation reviews and performance appraisal
- Assisting with providing compliance in all areas of Human Resource
- Perform counselling, prepare warnings and deal with performance issues.
