Michael Page has partnered with a global leader in the industrial sector. Due to some significant growth, we are looking for a highly motivated HR advisor to join the team.
Description
This position is a stand alone HR Advisor role, reporting to the head office based in London, England. The role will be responsible for providing best practice HR support including managing employee relations, recruitment, payroll and the implementation of global HR initiatives.
Profile
The successful candidate will posses the following:
- Degree in HR or a related field.
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a blue collar environment.
- Demonstrated experience providing outstanding generalist HR support.
- Solid understanding of Australian & New Zealand Employment Legislation.
- A self-starter who has exceptional time management skills, computer skills and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong influencing and relationship-building with the ability to establish credibility with the business.
- Strong initiative and problem solving skills.
- Positive attitude and a high work ethic.
