The Opportunity

Reporting to the National Recruitment Manager, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist who is ready to step into a leadership role within our growing team. You will join a high performing team who are passionate about working collaboratively and efficiently with one another and our stakeholders to source and deliver exceptional, job ready candidates through proactive workforce planning and consultation.

About you

With a demonstrated background in sourcing and recruitment, you'll create an immediate impact with your hiring managers, take accountability and understand that stakeholder engagement is the key to a successful recruitment solution.

  • You will preferably have a 5+ years recruitment experience
  • Line Management experience (minimum of one direct report)
  • Experienced within high volume recruitment, particularly assessment centres
  • Have strong capability in managing stakeholders, taking initiative and lateral thinking
  • Competent user of a HRIS/ATS at a super user level (SAP desirable)
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent organisational skills, computer and record keeping skills
  • You will be well versed in attraction tools including LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search, Facebook etc.

This role will have line management responsibility for one Recruitment Specialist which will see you guide, monitor and develop your direct report, as well as proactively support their short term and long term objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership style in a supportive environment, and prepare you for a larger management position.
