Based in Mulgrave, you will oversee the planning, development and delivery of frontline training for sales/service/frontline professionals across Mazda Australia and our Dealer Network. You will assist in defining the strategic direction of Training programs; identify, develop and deliver best practice organisational development initiatives; and assist in developing and managing partnerships with external businesses to deliver or co-deliver training.
The key to success is the implementation of effective training programs, and the receipt of outstanding stakeholder feedback.
Tertiary qualified, it’s clear that you have tremendous passion for Training and Development, and your sound project/program management experience will be highly advantageous. It goes without saying that you’ll be a first class communicator – a true professional with an exceptional ability to facilitate training and learning. Your demonstrated capability to proactively identify and meet future workforce development needs, will also help lead others to success.
