Position
- This exciting role through expansion requires a successful Principal Consultant/Team Leader to continue driving sales and service levels whilst overseeing a small team of Recruitment Consultants focusing on Perm & Temp roles into clients across Sydney CBD and surrounding areas
- A hands-on billing role leading a small team of consultants
- Increase head-count over the next 12-18 months to a team of 4-6
Requirements
- A demonstrable track record and consistent billing history across Permanent Recruitment
- Ideally you will be a successful principal consultant or team leader within FM Maintenance
- Sales minded, self-starting and with a can-do attitude
- A commitment to your profession and a passion for your career
On Offer:
- $110k-$130k basic
- Uncapped commission scheme - OTE $200k+
