DFP Recruitment Services is a successful and vibrant recruitment company that is seeking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Consultant to work on a major client account. This is an established account with a strong pipeline of work that would suit a recruiter who likes to work closely with their client stakeholders, build relationships and provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates. You will be part of a close knit team that take pride in their work each and every day.
About you
You will have at least 5 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant and have a passion for the industry. Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal )skills are essential as well as an adaptable and can-do approach. This is a high energy environment, with often detailed and complex recruitment projects. A degree in HR or related discipline will be highly regarded. A people person with solid stakeholder management experience, you engage others with a genuine and trusting approach. Highly organised and with outstanding attention to detail you have empathy for people and engage with warmth and professionalism.
