What does the day to day look like?
  • Supervision of Training Facilitators
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of training
  • You will collect and interpret training performance data and review against business expectations; work to achieve business objectives
  • Manage the preparation, logistics, delivery, and cost of training resources
  • Review and continuously improve training packages; providing feedback to design teams
  • Provide feedback to key stakeholders on the performance of their team members
  • Develop your team members; conduct performance reviews with your training facilitators
What are the key skills and attributes to help you succeed?
  • Experience in organising and run training sessions
  • Be able to provide meaningful advice and constructive feedback to individuals across the business spectrum
  • Proven experience in assessing the performance of training materials and environment 
  • A background in a heavily compliance driven organisation is ideal, for example, Banking and Finance, and Insurance industries
  • A solid understanding of Leadership Development
  • Work to training time frames; adhere to strict policy and compliance regulations 
  • Knowledge of Quality Framework
  • Have extensive experience in Training Facilitation (ideally 3-5 years)
  • People management skills, however if you have been an amazing second in charge this would be a great step up!
  • Have knowledge in the latest learning trends 
  • Outsourcing or Contact Centre experience is highly desirable, although not essential
  • Cert IV Training and Assessment
