The role:

You’ll be working under the wing of a Group Account Director, with international, global network experience. So you’ll learn big agency processes and management methods, but you won’t be stuck under layers of staff and the bureaucracy that goes with it.

As a key member of the client service team, the position encompasses responsibilities across our client base and is a linchpin role when it comes to day-to-day running of the account service function.  We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can foster strong and trusted working relationships with clients. 

This full-time role will report into the Group Account Director and support the team across multiple projects. Responsibilities will include; attending client briefs, managing work in progress items & scheduling work according to deadlines, generating cost estimates, ownership of end-to-end campaign execution to budget, drafting campaign timelines and understanding the competitive landscape/industry trends which impact our clients.

  • 1-3 years in a similar agency role

  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude and gets things done
  • Calm in all situations

  • Degree in Marketing/Communications would be ideal
