Title: Group Account Director -$130k -$155k 

Job Purpose: Overall responsibility for overseeing client business, maximising revenue delivery to ensure the achievement of financial goals, people management and team development and contribute/ encourage integration between digital, strategy and search.
 
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
 

1. Lead and drive revenue on client’s businesses through integrating services that deliver solutions that meet client’s business objectives.
2. Seek, identify and implement new business opportunities.
3. Manage & support management’s decisions on company structure and resources.
4. Ensure a thorough understanding of the clients’ business.
5. Lead the strategic investment process across client business in conjunction the Implementation and Trading Director.
6. Ensure that Innovate resources are fully & consistently briefed on clients’ business plans and marketing programs.
7. Build strong relationships with clients’ roster agencies & suppliers to ensure seamless working partnerships.
8. Build strong relationships with key media owners to ensure that the agencies clients are considered a high priority.
9. Challenge the media establishment to deliver additional benefits & innovative solutions.
10. Manage staff workloads & motivation, encourage training & development.
11. Manage the preparation of major presentations & documents.
12. Supervise all aspects of client investment & maintain up-to-date financial reports both for clients & internally.
13. Proactively upskill digital media knowledge to ensure that you are seen as a leader in this discipline and can contribute to the digital conversation with senior clients.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Experience in managing a team within a media agency or similar field.
2. 7 plus years’ experience within a media agency or similar field.
3. Tertiary qualified with a marketing or business focus is preferred but not essential.
4. Preparation of business plans and provide input into budgets, reports and forecasts and present to the senior team.
