Our client is a successful and award winning BTL & Shopper Marketing agency and are very well known & respected for their award winning work across some of the most loved consumer brands. Their success stems from their ability to create a connection between brands/products and you the consumer.
Working with some of Australia's most well-known brands in the FMCG & Beverage/Alcohol space this is an excellent opportunity for a creative & driven individual who is passionate about Shopper Marketing.
Reporting into a fantastic mentor and leader, the Managing Director, you will have the opportunity to work on global consumer brands with BIG budgets and BIG expectations!
- On a day to day basis you can expect to develop and execute BTL marketing strategies
- Build and nurture key client internal relationships
- You will manage and roll-out the strategic development of campaigns across Shopper, POS roll outs, Brand Activations, Consumer Promotions & experiential activities
- You’re a solutions focused professional that can build, develop and present creative concepts to key stakeholders.
- Your exceptional communication skills will help you run projects and direct the brand ambassadors to execute the projects to the highest standard
Ideally, they are looking for a “go-getter” that will smash KPI’s and over-achieve in every possible way! You love interacting with your clients and are looking for a long-term career - not a job.

Candidate
To be considered for this rare and highly sought-after position you will be able to successful demonstrate some of the following skills and experience;
- Previous agency Account Management experience is highly advantageous
- High level interpersonal and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and a results driven mentality
- A strong creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
Salary
$60-80k + Super
