This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious, award-winning Creative Director that is looking to step up or an Executive Creative Director that is looking to define the creative vision of a unique agency, build their creative reputation and lead the activities of a growing creative team.
  
The ideal candidate would be known in the industry for being an exceptional leader who is approachable and accessible. You have experience building and managing a large team while creating a collaborative, calm, environment that encourages team growth and development.

You may be a Creative Director in a large networked agency that is looking to lead and develop a growing creative team and step up to an Executive Creative Director  level now.
  
You know how to inspire junior to senior level teams and have a brilliant approach to drive them to deliver their best work.

You are an innovator: hungry, restless, entrepreneurial, and curious, you believe ideas can come from anywhere and create an environment that embodies this mindset.

You are a business leader and agency builder. You are financially literate and aware of the commercial aspects of running a creative team and an agency.

You present and communicate with impact and are just as comfortable in front of clients as you are representing the agency at industry events, panels and groups.
  
You are a collaborator with presence and an infectious energy. 

Key requirements:-
  • Strong conceptual abilities, remarkable art direction skills and a solid knowledge of integrated agencies
  • 15-plus years of experience in a creative agency setting
  • Team management / leadership
  • Demonstrated success in growing businesses
  • Experience in producing 360 integrated campaigns
  • Leading experience with high end motion, content and digital experiences
  • An award winning portfolio
