You have a passion for Digital Marketing and you're ready to make a real impact. As the Digital Business Director, you'll play a critical role in leading and driving the consumer centric ideation of digital experiences for our range of clients and stakeholders. This role is a key position within our agency to drive creative strategy and process right through to delivery of pixel perfect and highly effective digital design outcomes. Here's what you'll need:

  • At least 6-8 years' experience agency side in an Account Director / Creative Lead role or equivalent.
  • Strong experience of managing multi-functional teams across social, creative and development.
  • Experience of managing a substantial P&L including revenue targets and profit margins.
  • Proven experience managing mobile creative and mobile formats.
  • Strong presentation experience combined with the ability to communicate to stakeholders at various levels both inside and outside the business.
