Are you passionate about video post-production, editing and content creation? We are looking for someone to create television commercials, corporate videos, factual television content, social media video clip and digital animations from concept through to final delivery.

We are looking for someone who has proven experience in the broadcast/advertising industry and be able to work within a team as well as autonomously. You must have excellent time management skills and be able to deliver projects to brief and on deadline. You must be willing to take direction and have the ability to self-direct when required.

Responsibilities include:-

• Interpret a brief from concept through to final delivery
• Create original and unique designs for a range of video projects  
• Create, execute and deliver motion graphics within a given time frame
• Understand post-production workflows to ensure each job is approached in the most flexible, streamlined way possible
• Work closely with the Executive Producer, Creative Director and Production Manager as well as other stakeholders (internal and external) that help us deliver quality results for our clients.

Skills and experience

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Advanced knowledge with colour grading software
• Minimum 2 years broadcast or in-house experience as a video editor/motion designer
• Understanding of the craft of story editing
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Excellent attention to detail
• Understanding of TVC broadcast requirements including submissions to CAD and networks

Desirable

• Production/shoot experience on-set or location.

About the Role

• You will be working with the creative team on storyboarding, ideas, and scripting.
• You will participate in pre-production meetings, production and post-production meetings.
• Responsible for managing all aspects of post-production and work with the Executive Producer to ensure budgets are adhered and deliverables are met on time.
• You will create multiple cuts of video for use on various social and digital channels and understand what makes good content for each platform.
• Working with our marketing and design teams to optimise content to ensure the most engaging viewer experience
• Research and understand how to best apply content to various different social media platforms including Instagram (including Insta Stories), YouTube and Facebook
• Self-motivated to lead and drive pro-active initatives for the business and opportunities to assist in attracting new business.
