THE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN ULTIMATE EDGE:

This role will suit a strategic, digitally-savvy, nurturing and engaging individual who is very driven to navigate this great role into uncharted areas of innovation, client satisfaction and career growth. You will be able to talk-the-talk with C-Level business leaders, but MUST be able to back that up with delivery on promises. You will need to be self motivated and incredibly client focused with a large appetite for generating new business.

Your approach will be outcome and results focused and ideally you will have worked on a broad range of integrated projects incorporating both digital and offline media to bring a client’s campaign to life.

You & the role:

  • Min of 5+ years client service experience in media.

  • An integrated advertising background with solid experience in digital.

  • Experience working with large clients and significant experience working on integrated accounts. A proven track record of growing these type of accounts is key.

  • The business acumen to lead strategic conversations with C-Level executives.

  • An entrepreneurial attitude - willing to get your hands dirty in the running of projects, do whatever needs to be done to achieve the outcome.

  • High levels of energy and enthusiasm to create an environment of highly motivated individuals.

  • To be outgoing, results oriented, interested, engaged, passionate about advertising, professional, articulate, strategic, energetic and willing to step outside your comfort zones - this is a career path that will truly put you on the EDGE!

  • To have exceptional communication skills, presentation, negotiation, management and leadership.

  • A strategic mindset with a passion for proactively delivering unique marketing ideas and media plans.

  • Recognised experience managing large client assignments within a multiple stakeholder environment, particularly within an agency setting.

  • Outstanding client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

  • An ability to adapt to the challenges and opportunities that small business brings to ensure best possible results within our team.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy is key.

  • Results and achievement orientated, self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be the key contact on Ultimate Edge accounts. You will be responsible for finding, keeping and growing our clients. You will be the face in market representing our brand.

  • Generate new business monthly, actively seek out new client opportunities.

  • Manage the entire campaign process from prospecting to pitching to negotiation to campaign activation and post campaign reporting.

  • Work with our extended team to explore new client opportunities across creative and marketing automation.

  • Lead end of month reporting and reconciliation to ensure invoices are 100% accurate

  • Develop media strategies and plans that relate to specific client objectives.

  • Ability to think up creative solutions for clients taking into account all areas relating to media strategy.

  • Office guidance right across the board to our clients, become their trusted advisor.

The offer:

Base Package $80K + bonus

OTE: $100K
