Our client is embarking on an important customer program that involves a number of digital assets. These assets require a partial enhancement as well as new initiatives that require some process re-engineering and customer journey mapping.

This Senior BA role will work closely with the business to:

Understand requirements workshops
Create and review epics and user stories
Perform process gap analysis
Work with the developers to manage design and build areas
Ensure stakeholder feedback and engagement is managed
Uncover issues and address them in planning sessions

To be considered for this opportunity, we are seeking a Business Analyst with:

Solid systems design exposure
Experience working in digital /customer environments
Agile framework
Experience in user design/stories/epics etc.
Experience with governance
Experience with medium to large systems and API components
Financial services experience a bonus

6-12 month project.

CBD location.

Rate range $700/day range.
